Go to On Demand on your cable, if you have it. Exercise TV has lots of stuff. I've been doing the videos on there. It's nice to be able to change it up, too!

I'm a teacher and I'm so tired after work. I've noticed a huge difference in the amount of energy that I have just in the last couple of weeks that I've started exercising. Try to push yourself a little. It may just do the trick! I have exercise TV on demand and I've just been doing some of those workouts.

I notice more when I measure myself. It keeps me motivated if the scale doesn't seem to move.

Eat something with protein. Nuts make a good snack for this.

I'm a preschool teacher. My biggest problem is the amount of energy that I have at the end of the day. I'm wiped, which makes it hard to be active or even make a good dinner. I'm getting better, but it's definitely a struggle.

We didn't buy the Biggest Loser game, but we're using Your Shape Fitness Evolved. I like it because you can set up a personal training session and it's pretty easy to follow. I never realized how much sugar I ate until I decided to start cutting my carbs. If you can do at least a week of low carb, you'll start to taste how much sugar is in the chocolate.
