I've been at his for about 2 months now. The 30 Day Shred video has strength training in it. You just need hand weights and a mat. It really motivated me to get started, as I'm really uncoordinated and clumsy!

I feel your pain! I'm a teacher, too. I have a bag of sugar free chocolate that I keep around. If I get a craving, I choose the sugar free option instead. :-)

Definitely! I lost 60 pounds before on a low-carb diet. Just beware that if you don't keep it up, those carbs sneak up on you and you add them right back on.

I sometimes spot when I ovulate. I had tests done and the doctor never found anything. I would check it out just in case, though.

I'm a teacher, too. I was bombarded with sweets today! I didn't eat any of the candy, but one of the kids brought Thin Mints. I had two. I think I did okay. We can't cut everything out completely. Moderation is key. Nice job! And enjoy the truffles tonight!

When I get a little bit hungry, I just have a stick of string cheese. They're only 80 calories, and even one or two helps curb my hunger until the next meal.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I pray that you are able to improve your condition. I went on a low carb diet a few years ago, and in the books, it said that a low carb diet is really good for diabetics. Maybe you can look into that. Hope it helps.

I sometimes have spotting while I'm ovulating. I had my doctor check it out and she never found anything. It seems to happen more when my body is changing (ie, from a change in diet or exercise ). I would get it check out just in case though.

Right here! Working on a goal of 75 pounds by July. Probably too much, but I've never been the kind to work out, and I've been trying to do at least 20 min/day. I'm on day 6 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I've lost 8 pounds since Jan 2nd.

Are you eating alot of carbs and sugars? Sugars make you just crave more sugars. Try snacks with more protein, like nuts.

Russell Stover has some pretty good no sugar added chocolates. They help a lot around that time!
