If you want to try and work on your tummy tone try Tracey Anderson's Post pregnancy work out... it really focuses on the tummy and building back muscles there... wish I found it sooner after having my baby!

Thanks for the link, did you think to try honey instead of the syrup? Or are you vegan? I have never tried Argarve nectar or the rice syrup but you could try using less of the honey... (perhaps its just as sweet!?) also what about replacing the syrup or some of it with fruit juice (like apple) or fruit sauce... Ill try…

I am sure there is a special diet... but just eat a balanced diet and you will see results! From what I understand (I may be wrong) you do - 10 days @ lvl 1, 10 days @ lvl 2 and then 10 days @ lvl 3.... all back to back so totaling 30 days altogether.. :)

Also eat your pulses- Chickpeas, lentils, beans ect ect.... you could make up a good well balanced vegetable stew add int he pulses and you will hardly notice them! Can you handle fish? Nice oily fish is something baby will benefit from... and lots of eggs... how about scrambled eggs fried with spinach?
