A week from the today I'll be doing the Diva Half-Marathon in North Myrtle Beach, SC. I'm a little nervous about it, but I've been following my training schedule. It should be a lot of fun. Have a buddy coming with me!

I've always heard conflicting messages about P90X and I haven't heard any personal success stories from it from people I know that have done it. All 3 of my girlfriends said that bulked out but didn't lose much.…
