When I had high blood pressure, the heat would kill me....it would make my heart beat sooooo fast....If it continues to worry you, or does it everytime in the heat..I might get it checked out just to be safe...

I also have two heads of cabbage in my fridge..lol..funny...Thinking I'm gonna make a roast with them in the crockpot..we got five days of rain starting tomorrow..so hot roast dinner will sound DE-LISH!.

Lol...I know what you mean..I need some sun during this time of year..or I get depressed! There is actually some sort of disorder that causes depression during this time of year....my suggestion...hit the tanning bed for a few minutes...if you feel a bit more energized, AWESOME, if you don't, at least you tried...

This isn't all that great on calories...but nonetheless..Delish! Barbeque Sauce 55 Calorie Beer Pork Ribs An onion Some jalepanoes! Let it cook all day! As long as you don't drink the barbeque sauce, it isn't horrible on calories.....

Sure! I will lose 10 lbs by Thanksgiving so I can eat 5 LBS OF FOOD ON THANKSGIVING...and not feel bad the day after!!!

I totally agree...as for the headaches...I am not going to give up my caffeine yet..because I really want to experiment to see if this is a aspartame issue..or a caffeine one. Therefore I will be drinking my coffee solo..with no added sweetners... :(

Its the carbs!
