I always record my weight, even if I gain....I like using the "reports" feature on this site to track how well I have done over a certain period of time. This site is awesome, cuz I can look back and see the progress I have made in a years' span

Before last week, I stopped exercising since last fall! Last week and so far this week I have jogged 20 minutes everyday. I absolutley love how my legs and my abs feel right now. I feel so much different just simply walking! Its amazing how much definition you can gain in only a week and a half!

I'm hypothyroid...just gotta try that much harder but its still possible to lose weight...I went from 235 to 165 with a hypothyroid..so, in my case, it wasn't impossible....maintenance is still hard though. It's so easy to gain the weight back..I have to be real dedicated 100 percent of the time....its not fun :(

Thanks for recognizing our AWESOMENESS! I have problems with sodium too. I have thyroid problems..and I am definatly noticing if I ate something with salt in it! My heart starts to beat (pound) faster!
