  • How about a nice tossed salad ie. Lettuce, tomato, onions, grilled chicken breast, feta cheese, light dressing. I take this for lunch and it works well for me. Also because its winter a can of Light Progresso soup and a half sandwich. Fresh fruit. Some days I just take left overs from dinner but a small portion.

  • #94 Completed 3/3 - Week 1 Challenge completed 57 min Slim In 6 Burn it Up 20 min 30 Day Shred Level 1 Pooped!! But I finished and exceeded my exercise goal of 30 mins 3 times a week by working out 5 times this week for a minimum of 30 mins but I did more on the 3 challenge days!! Eating wasn't too bad this week.

  • #94 Completed 2/3 for this weeks challenge. 20 mins 30 Day Shred Level 1 57 mins Slim in 6 - Burn in it I typically do 30 mins, 3 times a week.
