yes what eveyone else has said! I tried an epsom salt bath for the first time recently (after seeing vegasbaby mention them - THANKYOU) and works wonders!! + Foam roller (also only recently tried this and now wonder why i never have before)

I too get pain in my left leg. Left leg slightly weaker than my right. My PT showed me how to get some deep stretches and foam rolling my quads and hip flexors has significantly helped

yup this is what i do, i actually prefer it to tortilla wraps. Chicken fajita filling or mince turkey chilli, anything you like really :)

Unfortunately yes. I bought a new wardrobe 4 weeks ago and it's all falling off me again. Can't afford to keep replacing to be honest, so although I hate wearing my baggy clothes I will have to put up with it for a while

Your back shouldnt really be hurting. If its your lower back then you are probably rounding your back too much. Try to remain neutral and concentrate on squeezing your glutes. This helps prevent you rounding your back.

My first PT was like this, she also got me doing high rep/bosu type circuits.. Unfortunately I didn't do enough research. Next time round, loads of research and I have a great one now.
