I'm sorry for your loss. I just lost mine too. I was 8 weeks along and on vacation. Only my husband knows that I was pregnant. I want to tell my family but I don't know what to do.

Gah... woke up at 3:40 this morning because of a pain in my right hip and could not go back to sleep. Sciatica? Other than that and the occasional insomnia, I've been pretty lucky when it comes to not having many adverse symptoms. I'm at 7 weeks - due Sept 15ish? My first appointment is a week from Wednesday so I hope to…

What pbprincess said.

Want to dump me? IDGAF! The only dumping I do is in the bathroom. I'm as attentive and interactive with the people who show up on my newsfeed as the amount of time I have on MFP allows. Sometime more, sometimes less. I'm happy to see when people work out or post NSVs or whatever.

Start slow and get a really good bra.

The best time of day to exercise is when you're actually going to do your workout.

Don't eat these 5 foods. (rotten banana pic)

Everytime I see the word 'cleanse', I think that this stuff must make you poop yourself a lot.

A 4 yo should be easy to benchpress.

I mix mine with berries and typically eat about 200gm at a time.

I like how NO METH is emphathized.

I have no regrets.

www.sleepyti.me Use this to enter the time you want to wake up and it will tell you when to go to bed so that you can wake up at that time more easily.

One bite at a time!

Pics or it didn't happen.

Try swimplan.com to make a customized swim plan.
-
Start slowly. It's ok to run for just a few seconds at a time and increase that time gradually. When I first started, I think I could only 'run' for about 10 seconds at a time.

Beginnertriathlete.com has many good plans. Since swimming is your weak sport, I would choose a plan that is swim focused. Also, take some basic stroke lessons as those will probably really help you at this point.

1/2 Corked Marathon - which is actually about 17 kms. You run from winery/food station to winery/food station. Kind of like that run in France!
-
No gloves. Your hands will get stronger as you lift, just like everything else.
-
I need more runners to fill my news feed with their awesome-ness!
-
I've had gaps during this program where i haven't lifted for a few days or weeks in between. I've just kept going and not restarted.
-
Thanks for the wake-up call! Due to a number of factors (excuses?), I'm on track to run the least amount since I started running in 2003. No wonder I've got that spare tire hanging around.
-
I record everything. Your body doesn't care about what you record, so what's the point of lying about it online?
-
I use the same runners but if it's icy out, I use 'Get a grip' ice cleats or 'Yak Trax' on my shoes. PS. I like the dog in your pic!

It's easier to say than 'low weight on scale but squishy-looking'.

I swear that **** gave my dad ALS. Ok, maybe not really. But, he bought one of those vibration machines and now he has ALS. You decide. :(

Daario isn't hot enough.
