Love quinoa!! I make a batch at the beginning of the week and then scoop some into salads, soups or cooked veggies. Still like rice and pasta, but I feel quinoa is a more nutritional option.

I agree with the last post. I was stuck a couple of different times and it was because I was not eating enough. Your body will hold on to what it has if you do not feed it. It just takes a few hundred extra calories a couple of days and, boom, 4-5 pounds drop. Then go back to your regular calorie intake. Good luck.
