You look great in both but the difference is undeniable! Keep up the great work!

You've got it right in that you have to find your motivation. There are tons of ideas - set a goal and a reward (10 lbs = new shoes or new dress or new makeup) or 10000 calories burned = massage... find your currency and use it. You got this! Create a calendar and stick to it! I agree with some of the others that it does…

I'm really picky... and apparently fairly insecure when I'm in a relationship - or at least the beginnings of one.

I know how it can feel! I have spent half of my life overweight and trying every gimmick in the book and some that weren't.... In the end it was simple for me, but the hard part has been keeping it off. I've done well for a year, but have put a few pounds on recently, so I'm back at it again before it gets out of control.…

I have a completely different view on overweight people, especially when I see them at the gym. Before I'd lost my weight, I'd think more negatively about larger people (like me) who were at the gym. Now I find myself inwardly and sometimes outwardly encouraging them. I know it can be done. Success is just a few more…

40 and never been better!

Impressive! Keep it up! And now I'm tempted.

The transformation is nothing but amazing! You are an inspiration to all! Congrats on your loss!

ugh... The bible also says women are subservient to their husbands and banishes them as unclean once a month. Pick a better source to argue animals being to feed or serve. I too am an animal lover, abet a conflicted one because I love my meat proteins. I do not believe they are lessor beings than we are or that we have any…

working... :(

Absolutely GORGEOUS!

Agreed - any core exercise is good. I may never have the ellusive flat tummy but I've got a killer 6-pack in hiding! Cardio is big for losing any fat. Targeting areas for fat loss is somewhat of a myth so just exercise and eat right. The other possibility is wheat/gluton. Some people hold weight in their midsections from…

I love working out - but like you, hate push-ups, but do them cuz they're so amazing. More than push-ups though, I hate pull-ups! The new clothes thing is expensive. I've had to buy new everything, from undies to coats. It's insane! But, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Office Space- I believe you have my stapler...

Great job! Great Story! Keep it up!

Me too... I have a rock hard six-pack under the squish... I'm thinking it may tighten some, but likely - not much.

Make your favorite recipe but only eat a piece a day. I have a fabulous recipe, but it includes cream cheese, butter, and choc chips. I eat one slice a day for breakfast and my 350 Calories are savored. I have found some good recipes with applesauce and honey, although I haven't tried them.

I've lost around 80 lbs total. It was a very short process for me at about 6 months. The balance of keeping it off is the challenge I am working on now. So far so good.

I eb and flow with this one. I'm 5'5" and I PREFER a taller man (over 5'10") but it is NOT a non-negotiable.
-
Let's see... I've done blue, purple, green (and once all at once), red, brown, pink, and right now blonde with orange. I LOVE playing with hair color!

Way to go! And way to inspire others to follow! Kudos!

Cardio and core exercises. Tons of squats... planks... fit-ball work... Spot weight loss can be nearly impossible, but if you tone and build those muscles, eat right, and get your cardio in - you're on your way!

My opinion is either you don't have the 5lbs to lose or you aren't eating enough for your exercise. Eat a little more... I know it doesn't make sense, but your body thinks it needs to reserve some fat because you don't give it enough sustinence. Good Luck!
