The hat is just the beginning of the 'deuche bag look.' The pants are the worst. He is also wearing military issue glasses...BCG's (birth-control glasses) is what we called them... Entire outfit FAIL...

Not sure what you are stressing about. Putting that much overthought over .5% body fat, in my opinion is absolutely unnecessary. You're beautiful, so love what is looking back at you. :flowerforyou:

take a couple of bananas, blend until smooth, add 1 & 1/2 cups oats blend. Add any fun ingredients you would like to give a little flavor. I add a tsp agave nectar for a little sweet, chopped dates, flax seed, almonds, dried cranberries or cherries. The banana, oats and agave nectar are just the platform. Feel free to add…

Fear not! There is also a measure of losing fat and gaining muscle. Just keep doing what you are doing. Your body will adjust and keep showing smaller numbers. Oh, and try measuring instead. It is a much more accurate show of becoming healthy. You are doing a great job this far. Don't let this get you down!

Way to go!! You have at least 3 wonderful reasons to do this, but most importantly for you! Keep up the great work. Looking fabulous!!

---In reply to what is a Burpee---Start in standing position, squat down, drop to push-up position (do pushup if particularly motivated), return to squat position and jump to standing position. I have a "hate 'em today, love 'em tomorrow" mentality. They are challenging, but they will firm and strengthen!!

Keep working out. I gained 1.5 lbs, just to find out that I had gone from 40% body fat mass to 36%. A 4% drop! This is happening to you, so your strengthening your body and losing fat. It took more than two weeks to gain, it will take more than two weeks to lose it. You can do this, just give yourself time!

I tend to work out a bit more if I know I am going to have drinks, or a sweet treat. But like you, I did have a holiday gain, so habits had to change. I love shoes, so I treat myself to a pair when I lose 10 lbs. I figure that I will have a great selection of cute shoes for when I hit my goal weight and go clothes shopping…
