I've joined Slimming World too, but I'm still using this site so that I can monitor my sugar and salt intake. I've found that I'm eating more, but feeling satisfied and my weight loss is kicking in, so I say if it works for you, go for it.

I look at it like this, myfitnesspal has a phone app, so put the food in the app and if you genuinely think you can burn those calories before the end of the day, then have the treat, if not, DON'T EAT IT!!! X
