They responded to me with the same type of response with no help to the issue. I unsynced my Fitbit from MFP, revoked MFP access at Fitbit site, then redid everything and checked Fitbit can sync steps with MFP on the app and things are working so far

I drink green tea because I can drink it without adding any creamer and coffee I have to add creamer and I was using up calories for the creamer.

I just emailed MFP. I deleted both apps, waited a while and reinstalled both, connected my accounts, and have enable negative calorie adjustments checked and have steps checked on the MFP app. Thanks for the suggestions and trying to help. Much appreciated.

I have asthma and take medications (4 of them) prescribed by my doctor and have regular visits for an asthma check. I don't think I would be willing to rely on a "watch" to tell me if I'm about to have an asthma attack.

Thanks Liftin and Editorgrrl! The My Sync Elite I bought before the Fitbit, it's like a pedometer and counts steps, calories burned, etc. I have Map My Walk linked to Fitbit but thanks for the advice on that. Am a member of that group, thanks again.

I have a Fitbit Zip and a My Sync Elite and both show different step counts and burn amounts and not sure which one is more accurate

Thanks Nancy! I do have that checked/enabled. On the fitbit website it says 1173 steps so far not much I know but still MFP doesn't say anything about the fitbit. I am confused, I was just wanting to see if it would give the same info as the website so I could compare.
