Do the COUCH 2 5K... it starts out walk 5 minute, jog 60 secs,walk 90 secs... then it builds you up and in 8 weeks you will be running a 5k! Don't do too much too fast like I did :)

How true this is! I am a third shifter and can never find enough time to jog/run when I want! started walking to better my health, now I am jogging and will run my 1st 5k in May! I have bad knees and never figured I could run again..WRONG!

HAve you had your blood work checked? Your Thyroid could be out of wack and preventing from losing weight. Also, you may want to get a personal trainer to look over your food log and your activity... maybe they can you some pointers.

Let's do this! 1. I will drink 1 glass or bottle of water before snacking 2. I will walk 4 miles 2 days a week (Training for a 5k in May) 3. I will not go over my calories each day 4. I will NOT say "I CAN'T DO THIS".... no matter what ! 5. I will read my bible daily I have a bikini that I WILL get back in before summer!

If there are wings then their will be celery.... do you know that you burn 6 calories digesting celery and an 8 inch stalk of celery is 6 calories! You can't just eat celery 24 hours a day but on a munchie day like today that is a great option!

Don't get discouraged! It will change! Think hard about what you have changed... Are you more active then you was and not compensating for that? Are you always eating the same foods? Do you eat 3 meals a day or 6 small meals? I found that if I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks... I was ALWAYS bloated and retained a ton of…

I couldn't agree more! I have to be a lot more active to stay at 1200 and not go over! If I am sick or not feeling well then it is easy otherwise I'm doing sit ups and videos before the end of the day!

Hello Lady! I am 33 years old, 5'5" and 160 lbs (now) but 5 years ago I was 186 lost down to 132 lbs then had a hysterectomy and have gained back to 167 lbs with out taking horomones. Now I have started abck taking horomones and eating better... more times a day! You can do this and always remember... slow wins the race!
