Started the 30 day shred level 1 on Monday, Apr 18th. The bottom of my feet burned at the beginning of the week, the back of my thighs screamed every single day. I ran 2 miles then walked two miles this morning for a total of 31 miles. Exceeded my goal of 30 miles in April 2011. Next goal is 60 miles additional miles by the end of May 2011.
