I am in. My starting goal this week is simply to drink water / tea and do 30 minutes of cardio. So far, so good. Starting Weight: 169.8 Goal Weight: 148 My intent is to strengthen my core, lower my cholesterol, and improve my overall stamina.

Bump Week 3 Challenge: FOCUS I want to log all of my meals and stay within my 1200 calorie goal everyday this week. I intend to focus on not eating after 9pm.
