Im in!! What level are we starting at?? I did it for awhile and made it to level 3 modified on some of the moves... so Im guessing I'll start at 2. Got to go buy a measuring tape today to see how chubby my start measurements are!! Thanks for this idea, love doing it together with people to stay on track... last time I tried I made it a 10 Day Shred.... and 10 days does not shred anything0

My 30DS ends today...more like 26 for me since i got slack towards the end...Stats are 4.5kg loss & 8.75in... Which is 22.5cm & i like that number heaps better lol..... But yay that i finally stayed with it longer than my usual quitting stage of only a few days!0

Today was my last day on 30DS.. so here are my results!!!!

neck- 16 15 1/4
waist-53 1/2 47 1/2
hips-51 1/2 50
thigh-24 22 1/4
chest-49 45
upper arm-16 14 1/2
starting weight was 224 today's weight 209
so a total= inches loss was 16 1/2
and lbs loss= 15
I am very happy with my results.. please up date as everyone finishes 30DS

Awesome job Rachel! Looks like you lost all over which is great! Mine was mostly on chest and belly...I so wanted my neck measurements to move, and only like .25 or less on arms and legs.

Great job!! I've just done week 1 on C25K...Lost the inches doing the shred now want the pounds to come off. So this is good to see!...I keep on forgetting to measure my calves Going to have to do it, cos i really want to see them go down to fit into some new boots i brought!0 -

After having a wk off im starting back on it just doing off days between c25k.... i got pretty much all thru level 1.... just lol...but man was i sore the next day lol0
