I'm 6'2''... I've always had ankle issues so I never wore heels. Plus my feet are a size 13, and they don't make many heels that size.

I'm 6'2'' and when I was 13, I was basically a full grown woman. I weighed 175lbs and people would always call me a big girl. It really messed with my head and allowed me to become complacient with being a "big girl." Unfortunately I let it spiral out of control and am now 16 years older weighing more then double that.…

This show is no different then the Biggest Loser. These people are monitored by doctors and their training and meal plan is based on the individual person. But it's an hour long show instead of months long so you don't get into so much detail.

You could go the honest route.. but I've never been one to be too honest in those types of situations. If it were me, I'd probably use that volunteer EMS thing as an excuse. At about 10:15, I would text him and be like "something happened tonight, won't be off in time. Raincheck?" I'm terrible, I know.

Yea... the other day at work we were having a party and I just grabbed a brownie bite, put it in my mouth, chewed and swallowed and said "WTF??? I didn't want to eat that!"

IN posting this topic, that tells me that you're still in charge. You know what you want and now it's just about doing it. If you're having a hard time, just do baby steps. Think about each meal individually. Once you complete a meal and it's healthy, it will excite you for the next to be healthy too.

I'm 6'2'' and originally my goal was 200lbs until I saw my that the healthy weight for my height is 175lbs. I will aim for 175lbs but if I like how I look at 200lbs, I will probably relax a bit.
