I quit all sodas at the beginning of the year when I started on here. Since then I think I had about a half a can of Coke one time at a work meeting (which I logged, of course). I've lost about five more pounds since the photo on the left was taken. As you can see, I'm only about a quarter of the way to my goal, but I'm getting there!

I donate all of mine to the Goodwill. I know someone can use them there. I especially know how expensive clothes can get in bigger sizes so I will donate every possible thing I can!

Just tracking every single thing I eat, even if I go over. I meet with a trainer twice a week (they're really reasonable at my gym). Eating more fruits and veggies. No soda, very little fast food. I started at 312 at the beginning of the year. I've lost just shy of 37 pounds (the tracker rounds up) by tracking all my meals on here and going to the gym about twice a week.

Basically what everyone else said. Shoot for consistency. I use the WiiFit to track my weight, which I know is not the most accurate scale, but I use it every morning, so it's the most consistent (and convenient) for me.
