I am not able to go home about 14 days out of the month, so to stay on track and on budget, I drink GNC Lean Shakes (Swiss Chocolate is the best) for breakfast and lunch. Yea, I came on this thread for inspiration; it didn't work. I'm 5'5.5 and I couldn't imagine having a 23 inch waist. I'd be ecstatic with a 29/30 inch waist.

That's fantastic!! It's meeting the little goals that will bring you to your ultimate goal. I go up one level on the elliptical every Monday morning, and when I get to the highest level I will add time. I've gotten to where I look forward to the Monday morning challenge.

I get night time munchies BAD; the only thing that works for me is frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries).
