I started counting calories a few weeks after my son was born. I kept mine around 1700, and then after a few months, dropped it to around 1400. I lost all the weight, but my supply really really suffered. If you're BFing, I suggest staying closer to 2000 calories.. I wish I had. He's 7 months old now and I only produce…

haha I was being sarcastic about my sugar addiction, Silly! And my only advice is that if you're eating fast food, and not getting the results you want, then you need to alter your food choices! I'm not perfect by no means! I just know what works for me! I love Subway.. and I eat it sometimes.. Mmmmm! But I'm at my goal…

I use Bio Oil. I have a small bottle.. It was maybe $10?? But it goes a LONG way and has worked wonders. It's maybe a 4 ounce bottle and has lasted me 7 months! Not only do my stretch marks look WAY better, but it has helped tighten the loose skin as well.

Yoga... I did it a few years ago. I was TERRIBLE! LOL But the instructor was so nice, and everyone else in there was too. I don't think anyone is good at yoga to start out with! There's my 2 cents!

I've totally done it before! In my head, if I could squeeze into the size 5, then I was a size 5. Not true, of course, but at the time, I thought it made sense!! Now I know better. :laugh:

I swear how I've worn my clothes over the years has affected my body! lol My friend has permanent indentions on her shoulders because of her bra straps (she has very big boobs :blushing:) But yeah.. Lot's of cardio, strength training, and healthy eating. Good luck!!

If you're set at 1200, and then you go out and exercise and burn.. let's say.. 300, then you should actually consume 1500 (1200+300). MFP counts for this, though. As long as you're in the "green" on your calories for the day, then keep eating and fueling your well deserving body! Everyone is different, though. Just do what…

Ooooh my goodness... Agreed! My favorite foods were the ones with the highest calorie count. I was sick after realizing how bad a plate of Cajun Chicken Pasta from Chili's Bar and Grill is. It's what my husband always eats, but I will never touch that meal again!! :sad:
