I went and bought new bras the other day and was actually excited that I was still a B-cup and not yet an A-cup! HA! It sucks, yes, but I'd rather have my fit body with no boobs than my chubby one with 'em!

When I was a kid my teacher would tell me at lunch time, "You don't get any desert unless you eat ALL the food on your plate first." Sure, sounds like a good trade-off at the time, but now, as an adult, I feel like I'm "failing" if I don't lick the plate clean. :drinker: My step-daughter won't eat vegetables unless they…

I'm 120lbs, 5'4", size 2, and I STILL don't feel comfortable in a bikini. I have stretch marks and saggy skin from pregnancy. After losing the first 30 lbs of baby weight, I thought to myself, "Maybe these insecurities I have about my stomach will go away once I reach my goal." NOPE! I struggle with self-image so much, TOO…

What an accomplishment!!! 25 minutes non stop!? I've always HATED running--I have always been athletic, but running just seemed so. freaking. boring. But after my son was born, I was like, what the heck, let's just do it. My first day (okay, let's be honest, my first WEEK) I could only run for 5 minutes at a time. 25…

I haven't had a full 8-10 hours of sleep in over a year--since my son was born! He still wakes up 2-3 times a night. My fit journey didn't begin until after he was born, so I don't really have anything to compare my no-sleep days to! But just the thought of getting a full 8-10 hours of sleep makes me feel like I have more…
