Does anyone believe this is really a bad luck day? Or do you have any other superstitions that you believe in?

    I've heard of that one.

    Another one, I'm not sure if it is a superstition, but I always hold my breath when driving through a tunnel.

    I have found a generally have good luck on Friday the 13th... and it's payday... so no complaints here! LOL

    I love Friday the 13th! One year I found a diamond ring and no one claimed it, one year a wallet with nothing but cash in it, another a diamond tennis bracelet and one other I found $100 bill on the ground...maybe it's unlucky for some but I think it's my luckiest!

    AS for me, I don't have any superstitions, other than if I challenge fate, I knock on wood.
    (ie- As long as it doesn't rain, I'll go swimming. *KNOCKS ON WOOD*)
    LOL. I have a black and my neighborhood is full of cracks :) Everyday is what you make it :)

    13 is my favorite number. Was that number in all the sports I played in JH, HS and college.

    Friday's always rock, so Friday the 13th is freaking awesome!

    Friday 13th is a good day.

    Superstitions = Lift your feet when driving over RR Tracks.
    When sweeping don't sweep across someone's feet.(you'll never get married i think)
    Stepping on crack in sidewalk will bring bad luck.

    Heard these when I was a kid.

    I am NOT superstituious. i pick up pennies because they are money, not for luck! :laugh:

    I believe that we are dealt with a certain hand, and it's up to us to make the best of it and enjoy life. Luck is not required when you can work hard and persevere!

    I have always thought of it as a lucky day. My grandma's birthday was Jan 13 and she used to love when it fell on a Friday. I have a co-worker who does not come to work or leave the house on Friday the 13th.

    All the previous years, my Friday the 13th have been terrible, really really terrible things happened, in fact I am really afraid nowdays when Friday the 13th come up. Today I am burning incence in my house and work, I picked those especially for warding off evil stuff. I am also wearing my crystal that is also for warding off evil things. I know I am taking it maybe a step to far, but considering how bad all my other Friday the 13th's were you won't be surprsised that I am taking all action I can to make sure today nothing goes wrong.
