  • I´m training 2 or 3 times a week, varying the distance. At mondays I run 5k approximately and the other days, wednesdays and fridays, it´s 7 or 8k (i don´t know how much it is in miles). I want to run 10k, I´m trying this for months, but it´s so difficult to me. Any tips?
