I actually did this diet. I lost 22 lbs. Yes it is very restricted, the first week was the worst. By the end of it i was actually fighting myself trying to get in all the 500 cals becuase i felt so full from what i was eating. I dont have answer for this one, but I have a kind of question to add to it. I am maintaining the 1200 cal per day, but I only seem to lose weight on the days that I actually work out and do cardio. Ugh that must suck! My gym actually has Pizza night and a bagel morning once a week. I hate going in there and seeing tons of Pizza boxes and being able to smell it when I'm working out. Hello, I'm not sure what your friends are doing, but it doesnt sound healthy to me. From everything I have learned, 1.50 - 2.0 lbs per/wk is healthy. So your 10 lbs for 5 wks sounds good to me. I've lost 7 lbs in 5 weeks. So I'm jealous of your 10, lol. If you lose to much weight to fast its not good for your body.

I use Pandora. I love it. You pretty much customize it to what gets you going. I mostly listen to techno. My main station for pandora is Markus Schulz.
