Hi, I'm 38 will be 39 in April. Just started officially today. First time with myfitnesspal, so far it seems pretty cool. I'm on a doctor's orders dietand if it don't work the it's the lap ban for me. I'm hoping this works, surgery scares me. :ohwell:
