Oh don't say that. You can do it. It just takes lots of practice. The first time I did it I fell on my face, LOL. Have you tried Jillian's Yoga Meltdown? That's a great place to start. You still get quite a workout even though it's yoga.

I had to let yesterday be a rest day but I'm hoping to hit level 3 again today. My knees still feel a little stiff waking up in the morning but maybe it's because the weather is getting cooler. I will have to really watch and make sure I keep good form.

No, in my picture that is side crow or side crane. Took a while to get to that. You'll see bow pose on Level 3 as the last move. It hurts my knees.

My stats haven't changed since last time. Did level 3 today and it was rough. Still having a tough time with my knees in bow pose so I may need to do something else rather than that move.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, kind words and prayers! That means a lot! My knees were feeling it today so I had to give my lower body a break today and did ab and arm work.

Had a really rough night emotionally and still torn up today. I was so torn up that I felt sick today. I forced myself to do my workout anyway (Level 2 today) and felt so much better afterwards. I went back to Level 1 today because my body gets use to the same workouts too easily. Gosh, it was so much easier than 3! So I also did Jillians Yoga workout Level 2 and then 50 weighted lunges. It's so great reading about everyones' progress and seeing you all getting so much stronger!

Did my 50 lunges with a 10 lb weight. Should have done heavier but I was so tired after doing two Jillian workouts first.

There's 4 circuits on each workout. I'm really surprised I'm not really sore this morning but my knees to feel it a little from the rockstar cannon balls. Not bad but I feel it.

Whew! Just did my Level 3 for the second time and boy that is a tough, tough one. We'll see how sore I am after this time. Last time I did it I was sore for two days. Jillian murders you on that last move on circuit 4.

Did Level 2 again today. Today was so much easier than yesterday but still kicked my butt. I'm wondering if I should try Level 3 again tomorrow. I did it once and was so sore I went back to level 1 and 2. I still can't do those Jumping Scissor Lunges that Anita does in Level 2.

Yep, I've been feeling it in the knees too. Not a lot (thank goodness, I guess I'm a little use to her her workouts by now) but I still feel a difference. Did Level 2 again today. Those statue of libertys with a 10lb weight is super hard. By the time I get to those star jumps at the end I'm ready to die.

Did level 2 today. Whew, really struggled through the last circuit today. I don't know how on earth the one girl does those scissor lunges. I tried it and couldn't even get close to doing it. Can anyone else on Level 2 do it?

Did level 1 again today but planning on hitting level 2 tomorrow. I still haven't been able to pick up any ankle weights yet but I will one of these days.

I planted some mustard greens in my garden and they are SO good! Right now they are small and tender and they are good to eat raw. Spinach is my favorite but my spinach didn't come up. These mustard greens are so good that they are making up for the spinach not making it.

I log it as power yoga because I feel like I get a better burn from that than any other yoga I've done.

Try to eat more if you can. You are doing a lot and not eating enough. That's why you're tired. Also, try and eat more veggies and fruit.
