Rum and Dr Pepper by far

Pumpkin is the bomb, health wise! I like to add a 1/3 cup or so to my oatmeal. You can also make healthy pumpkin pancakes. You can also sneak it into soups, casseroles and stuff to add more veggies to something and not even notice that it's there. It just adds a richness and all the added health benefits.

All of them are good. I have almost all of them and really I can't even pick a favorite. They are all good and worth the buy. Yoga Meltdown is a little easier but still a challenge but I like to pair it with another of her workouts for an extra burn and stretch. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is mainly cardio but a super…

I use several size weights depending on the specific exercise. Those front raises kill me too and I use my 4 lbs for those. But most of the time I use my 10 lbs. I also use 8 lbs and 15 lbs for any kettlebell type stuff, dead lifts for weighted squats.

I recently found something called Nature's Sunshine Ultimage Greenzone that I'm adding to my protein shakes. Just one scoops has 7 grams of protein. You could really add it to anything or just add it to water and drink alone. It's full of lots of spirulina, algea and a lot of other things. It's good tasting too.

It depends on which exercise I'm doing. I have four sets that I switch up with but I mainly use the 10 lb. Some I use 15 lb, 8 lb or 4 lb (side lunges with front raises). I started out using the 4 lbs and worked my way up. I have 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, Killer Buns and Thighs and Shred it with Weights. I use a 15 lb…

32 but feel and look better than I did at 22.

Very interesting. We grew our first garden last year and we were drowning in cucumbers so I had to get really creative with ways to eat them. It's nice to find out they are so much better for you than thought before.

Personally, I don't like it as much as the others. It's ok but I don't feel like I do enough doing just one of the workouts and that I need to do them both back to back to get a decent workout. I just didn't find it as challenging or interesting as her other DVDs. Her Killer Buns and Thighs is a really good, challenging…

I've got some I've been trying to use too. I tried cooking it for the family and serve like rice and no one wanted to eat it. It's suppose to be so good for you. You can pop it like popcorn in a pan. I tried this the other day and loved it and my 5 yr old keeps asking for it. I also want to try these Amaranth Clusters that…

2004 Honda Accord (the family car) 2004 Ford F-250 diesel 4x4 , There is nothing like driving a diesel! It's awesome! 1984 Ford F-250 diesel 4x4, it's old but it's still a smooth ride Love, love the Mustangs but we live on a dirt road and that wouldn't be nice to a Mustang. We do have a 1965 Mustang sitting in our barn but…

I have this one too and love it. It's good to mix in with other things. I usually do it after I do her Shred It with Weights DVD. I find the stretching and flexibility moves to help.

I love this DVD! It's one of my favorites! I've been doing it for over a year and it's still challenging. Interesting about the calorie burn. I have got to get myself a HRM.

I went off track before Thanksgiving too and gained 6 lbs. Trying to get back on track again.

Skyrim is so ruling my life right now. It's really sad but it's SO MUCH FUN!!!! I was obscessed with Oblivion too but this one is so much more amazing. Love it! PC only for us. My character is: Zuzka Female Nord Level 19 Light Armor, Sword (right hand) with destruction magic in the other Married to Vilkas (Companion),…

The Fast Track Detox diet is really good. You dont' have to starve yourself. It's just a great way to reteach yourself how to eat. It's 11 days. There is one day where you just drink a liquid but honestly I think you would still loose weight and detox without that day.

You are very beautiful either way. Congrats on the healthy victory!!!

You can try doing them with one leg up on a stool or chair for assisted pull ups.

I like to drink chamomile at night and during the say oolong, dandelion root or honey green tea with ginseng. I drink it black. With the holidays coming up I'll probably drink gingerbread and peppermint.
-
Sneak them into smoothies. Look up the Supermodle Smoothie by Niki Taylor. It is REALLY good, full of veggies and you can't even taste them. Maybe you need to try different ones and see if you can find some you like. Try to them of them as medicine that your body needs.

Becareful because some of these lower body exercises will use your core too. That might hurt your ribs depending on where the injury is.
-
Between the two I would start with 30 Day Shred. Ripped in 30 is much harder. Get that one after you've mastered 30 Day Shred. I recommend her other DVDs too. They are all great and I think variety is important.

When you peel the skin off be sure and cut off any of that greyish flesh that's next to the skin as well. That may be why it was still fishy tasting or maybe it wasn't the freshest fish.

I log as gardening too.

You may want to try the magazine Everyday Food. It's a Martha Stewart magazine. I don't like her but I do LOVE this magazine for quick, easy, healthy food ideas. I made a simple Veggie Egg Scramble with Feta last night that was delish!

I'm so sorry you don't like this DVD as much. You are still doing really good if you are doing beginner moves. It's a really tough workout! I still feel sore after doing it all this time. I didn't get to work out much at all last week but you can still start fresh today. I don't have much changes either but I do know I am…

Got my workout in today (Level 3). Where is everyone?
-
Try and get all three if you can. They are all equally great! All of her stuff is hard but she's very encouraging and you can do it.
-
Finally got to my workout today. Did level 3 today. I do those jump ups you're referring to on Level 2 when they do that one at the end of circuit 3 where they get down on one knee and then up. I just make it harder by doing the ninja jumps (as the Bodyrock.tv girl refers them as). They are hard at first but keep trying…
