I don't know why but I wasn't able to get to my sets of 55 like I did the other day. Today- 50, 50, 50, 50, 50 for a total of 250.

I eat 5 meals a day between 7:00 in the morning to 8:00 at night.

Oh my gosh, those are so good! I would have to say that's my favorite as an adult since they didn't have those when I was a kid. Can't buy them because I'd eat the whole box in one sitting.

If you're going by what your scale is telling you then it's probably not accuate. It can't tell the difference between fat and muscle. Mine has been telling me the same thing for months yet my body tells me otherwise.

Yes, certains times are oh so hard for me too. Try to eat smaller frequent meals and make sure you have a carb and a protein with each meal. That should stick to you more and make you feel full. If you're truely hungry, eat. There is no reason to starve when dieting. If you're hungry something is off balance. The emotional…

I have the same issue. I hate it but what can you do. I'm fair skinned and freckled and I flush very easily.

I'm not in a colorie deficit. I'm just maintaining. Pushups have always come a little easier for me for some reason. I was one of the only girls in grade school that could do straight leg pushups. My sister can barely do one.

I just love a homegrown tomato/cucumber sandwich!!! You just can't beat it. Just found my swiss chard sprouting in the house and they are so adorable! I get attached to my plants.

I use to have really severe periods before having children and after kids that all changed for some reason. No problems anymore but it was crippling before. Aleve was the only thing that would help me. Have you tried that?

I started out with 4 lbs weights and have graduated up to 8lb for most of the exercises. I use 15lbs for dumbell cleans and flys.

Awesome, awesome workouts! If you ever feel like it's not hard enough (takes a while to get there) then up your weights. Then you'll feel it for sure.

I had the same problem last year when I started the Shred and I was already fit at the time. I could not do it every day and had to slow down and mix it in with other workouts. Since watching my bread intake I have felt so much better. I use to be a huge bread eater. I try to only eat whole wheat and not eat too much.

I love this workout! The first two times I did it I nearly puked and was lying on the floor dying. It still kicks my butt but you feel so good when it's over.

Sneaking a little flaxseed in our meals is great too. It's delicious and helps keeps things moving if you're having problems. And most definitely more fruits, veggies and water. Then there's no reason for issues.

I never know what to do either. Any time I eat buffet style (which isn't very often) I just don't log that day. Make a note in your diary and try to start fresh the next day. We ate Chinese buffett the other night and I felt horrid afterwards. Ate way too much. It sure was good going down though.

Oh, and if it ever feels too easy just up your weights. You'll definitely feel it then.
