Remember you might weigh more because you've gained muscle but you will get smaller because muscle takes up less room than fat. Well in my experience coffee issss a stimulant and can suppress hunger but what nutrition are you getting from coffee? empty calories? and on top of that do we really need any more stimulants in our bodies. stimulants trash your adrenals and will keep you from losing weight. guess we have to weigh the benefits. ;) self…
