Hi. I started my new meal plan Jan3, 2013. The first ten pounds just fell off.yippi. But now I am stuck on 163.5 for about two weeks now. I would appreciate any advise . Thanks

Hi you mentioned amitriplyne. the pill itself does not make you gain weight. But it does make you crave more carbs and sugar. So just keep that in mind and stay on you 1200cal plan.

hey hi Kiddo, I used the atkins diet quite a few years ago and the weight fell off. My downfall was ,like all other diets I did not stick to it. Good luck. and if does not work out try the old 1200calorie meal plan . It works oh and also track your food and exercise here every day . this app is a godsend.

you may find that canned vegies or fruit is full of sodium or sugar, just saying

HI guys, I am 60 and signed up here Jan. 3 2013. This is exactly the plan we were loking for. I have lost 6lbs. so far. I need to loose 28more. Cause my motivation is my first grandchild is comming and I need to be in shape to take care of him or her.:sad:

maybe select a cereal with less calories and add fruit. or even low cal melba toast ot crackers.

This is my new year new me . Things are going great. I try to stay away from empty calories ie. fruit drinks., I try to drink more water.

Hi , I will also try. Last week I just started diet change plus exersie . I was 173, and now 167. I know it was a big loss but I understand thjat alo alot of it was water retension. So I will weigh in next Fri. we will see what happens. Pleased anyway:happy:
