So totally addicted for a good reason - to stay on track. Earlier this week I was without easy access to my laptop. It was MyFitnessPal that I missed the most. Needed to log in. I am still new to tracking and I use food diary for planning my day.

Planning to make homemade potato chips in the microwave today. No oil, no salt. Hoping to pick up a food dehydrator next week to make fruit and vegetable chips.

I agree that "traditional" food options really don't matter. But some options may be fruits or applesauce. Or making a fruit smoothie with just a banana and juice.

Welcome to the community. I just started myself this past Wednesday. I am trying to lose weight to help with rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure and diabetes.

That sounds interesting. Could be used for morning or evening snack. Just yesterday I PINNED a recipe for Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie. I too replace oil and butter with applesauce or mashed bananas.
