  • Same problem here. Even before I gained weight, I struggled to find the right length. Now that I've gained weight it's almost impossible. My usual brand has been discontinued, of course. I also live in Canada so I have a lot less options for ordering online unless I want to pay to bring items in from the U.S. and possibly…
  • I can totally relate! We can get through this together!
  • I too am looking to add friends. Feel free to add me! I have a long journey ahead of me.
  • Good luck in the competition! Sounds like fun. My Monday went well. I was under my calories so that's good. :)
  • Oatmeal is good. A 1/2 cup dry (then cooked in 1 cup of water) only has 150 calories. I like to add some raisins and a small bit of brown sugar to sweeten it up a bit.
  • Any movement is good! Wii boxing is tough. I find my arms get tired and sore really quick.
  • I did 80 minutes on the treadmill at about a speed of 2.7. I ended up doing 3.35 miles (I think it's in miles) and burning 446 calories. I had to go this long though because I broke down and had some leftover KFC chicken for supper. Fortunately I ate really well earlier today (I even said no to a piece of birthday cake) so…
  • Hi, I've been looking for a group for motivation and support. I managed to lose about 40 pounds a year and a half ago but then hit a plateau and have been struggling ever since. Over the last three months I managed to gain 15 pounds back and I definitely don't want to undo all my work. I still have 100 pounds to lose so my…
  • I'm 40 and have been on the site for a year. I lost 20lbs before I joined and then lost another 20. I hit a plateau and having been struggling ever since. Feel free to add me. I also can use more friends to help me stay on track.
  • Hi, I too am always over my sugar. I'm borderline diabetic so I've had to cut back my sugar intake. I haven't been able to get below the level on the MFP but I've certainly decreased my intake. I don't know if this is what you are looking for - but maybe it'll help you or someone else. This is what I've done so far to…

  • Hi! I'm looking for some pals too. I've been on the site since January and have found it really helpful. It's always good to have friends that help keep you on track. Feel free to add me as a friend. Vicki
  • I know exactly how you feel - I've been having the same problem. I did so well in the first two months and then I got sick for a few weeks and everything went wonky. I'm stuggling with eating the right foods and have found my will power lagging. I keep telling myself tomorrow is a new day and to keep with it, but it is…
  • I signed up in January and have found it really helpful. I've lost 18 pounds so far. It's tough at first to log everything but then you'll get into a routine and get used to it. I really like being able to see how many calories, fat, sugar, etc. I've eaten in a day and then use that info to make adjustments to what I…
  • I struggle with the sugar amount too. I am frequently between 60 to 90, especially when I eat fruits. I don't want to cut fruits out though because they have good nutrients and fiber. I like yogurt and milk but have switched to lower sugar versions - So Nice organic soy milk and Astro Zero Fat Free Yogurt. I also like the…
  • Has anyone else noticed that the foods in Canada have higher calories and don't have the potassium listed? I can understand differences in labeling requirements between Canada and the U.S. but it's strange that the same product would have different calories. I guess maybe they're manufactured differently? I've found it…
