Still at it! I think I started a bit later than you all, but I completed Level 1 Day 8 today. I took one day rest of 6 days straight mostly because my left knee couldn't take the lunges and jumping jacks. Yes! I'm on day five and the scale has been up a consistent 3-4 pounds. This is especially discouraging because I've been very good with my calories intake this week and working between a 750-1000 calorie deficit daily. Glad I'm not alone...hoping it disappears in week 2.
