Interesting how people come across as mean and judgmental from the tone of their posts. I think that without the body language to go along with the words we miss a lot of the cues in the communication process. On the other hand it is dis-inhibiting to communicate this way.

Under Settings and then fitness profile I have selected sedentary with the thought that I can add things that I do that are above and beyond that level of activity. I think that the program is designed to let you eat extra when you have extra activity. Of course this will not be accurate if you are not accurate on you calorie intake record, or if your basic activity level is less than you selected when you calculated your BMR, or if you are over estimating your activity calorie burn.…

I had the same question so I decided to do exercises between sets using a different muscle group. So I will go from bench to curls and back to bench. I seem to get a lot more done and keep my heart rate up. Another thing I have done is do 100 jumps on a jump rope between sets to keep burning the whole time.
