I can't eat breakfast until I drink at least 32oz of water, or decaf coffee. My stomach refuses to accept any food until it has drink. Typically I eat breakfast about 2 1/2-3 hours after waking up.

Stop drinking? Works for me. You save the unnecessary calories from the alcohol, plus the drunk eating afterwards. Bonus - you get to watch all of your friends act funny when they are drunk.

For me, my day begins at 1201am and ends at 1159pm. Whether I work days or nights. That's how my days roll.

The movie sucked, so any guy going wouldn't be that hard pressed watching it. And honestly, what happens in the movie is no different then the crap on TV now anyways. Plus there is a nice shot of Olivia Munn's boobs for the guys.

Sounds like B12 to me. Go to DR, get some labs done, (bloodwork) and see what you are lacking. I have labs done twice a year to see where my deficiencies are, and I do take 4 chewable multi vitamins a day.

I love the Kashi steamer meals.... Sesame chicken, or chicken garlic farfalle... whole grains, veggies and chicken. I only eat them on the weekends, when I have a hard time meeting my food goals.

I drink a shake after my workouts at the gym, typically because eating regular food after working out makes me sick. Shakes are fine though, and it tastes great!
