I have a brownie pan that has individual squares. I just used that! My brownie pan only had 12 squares so with the extra batter I put it in a muffin tin! If you don't mind round brownies, I would just put it all in a muffin tin if you don't have a brownie one!

Life Choice protein bars! They have Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Mint Chocolate. They are by far the best I have ever had. Make me feel like I'm eating a candy bar! Around 20-21g of protein and 190-210 calories.

I'm not trying to really lose anymore ( I have lost 68 pounds) but I have figured out that 1200 is my calories for maintaining at this point. I'm working on increasing it slowly.
