Good job! I'm on my last week of my first round and it's going great! I love Autumn, she's so motivating and I find these workouts more fun that some of the other ones I've done!

If you can only get in 30 minutes of work out, it's better than nothing! I say just try your best with the time thing! How old is your baby? Can you put her / him in a jumper for the last half of the workout or a vibrating chair or anything? As for walks, a body in motion stays in motion so doing anything active is great…

So excited! Mine is en route right now and should be here sometime this week. I'll let you know how it is when I get it. It's my third beach body program and I'm excited to commit for 90 days, hopefully I can stick with it with summer coming!

I've done T25 and the new 21 day fix and the 21 day fix is by far my favorite! I find the workouts intense and the results have been pretty crazy!

I am half way done my program and I have seen some pretty amazing results and I am addicted. I love Autumn, for me she's so much more motivating than Jillian Michaels or some other video coaches I've seen.
