I'm in... have only been weighing in every other week and so far only lost 2 lbs. Sure would be a nice surprise at the end of the month to see that weight loss number go up!

I'm going to type that up and stick it to my bathroom mirror - Love it! It is exactly how I felt when I decided to get busy with a new way of eating and exercising.

I'm actually looking forward to loosing some of mine. When I loose weight it's the first place is vanishes from so I'll be happy camper knowing the weight is starting to come off. Besides that, I can't wait to fit into all my pretty Victoria Secret bras that I was wearing a couple years ago.

Happy to see this asked and replied to. The small town I live in just announced that Zumba classes will start tomorrow at 9:00 and be held on Mon and Friday mornings. I took a couple classes a while back and loved it so am really looking forward to starting up.

So happy to see someone started this as just today I was wondering what kind of new things I could consider safe for snacks. I just start 3 days ago so am gathering up all these ownderful ideas that you all are sharing. For me one of my favorite snacks has been celery/carrots sticks or grapes/blueberries with cottage cheese

Hi, I just signed up tonight and am in the same boat... want to see 25 lbs off this body before I turn 61 in July so I can feel healthier. If you would like someone to walk this path with you maybe we'd be able to cheer each other on. I'd be happy to be your new friend. Think about 3.5 lbs a month is doable?
