I am eating low carbs too and my fat intake is out of control. Lean turkey meat is just so expensive. I am on the hunt for spaghetti squash. I have not seen it in any of the stores I shop. I love the taste of it, plus it has low carbs.

Thanks for responding. I ate a bunch of almonds today that contained vegetable oil. Does the vegetable oil cancel out the "good" fat contained in plain almonds?

Thanks so much for the information. I have been struggling to keep everything balanced. I will definitely focus on eating more "good" fat and less "bad" fat. I am eating low carbs too and I think that may be one of the reasons our calories are low but our fat is high.

MFP has my protein allowance set at 62 grams. I weigh 205 lbs. So based on 1x my body weight, I should be ok if I go over by 20 g.

coat it with olive oil and mrs dash and oven bake it.

I wanted to also add that just like curvy is not synonymous to plus-sized, you can be curvy AND plus-sized. Here is an example.

I kind of understand where the the OP is coming from. My issue with "curvy" is from a different perspective. I am plus-sized and have the inverted triangle shape. I am not curvy in the least bit, but for some reason the plus-sized fashion industry has conditioned society to believe that plus-sized and curvy are synonymous…
