People should think before they speak. In the year 2000 i had lost 100lbs and was almost at goal i ran into a "Friend" who said WOW look at you the last time i saw you - you were huge! (i then was 60 lbs heavier).... now since then i have gained all this weight back and every time i see this person, so now that i am 40lbs…

Did you take your measurements? maybe you are just tighten everything up. are you eating you calories youv'e earned thru exercise? may be you need to spread out your food..

Great job, I used to go thru a couple of good weeks and then i would have a few small weeks and then i began to track it and relized i had a pattern going. Once i figured that out it was reassuring when the small weeks came around i just knew that it wouldn't be long before the scale went down more again.

Yes i love this i do have this quite ofteen but do remember to spray the container with pam or other brand becasue it will be tough to get the eggs off. Egg Beaters also has some new flavers chive and cheese and southwester. Great!!

how long will you be staying? and are you staying with people where you have access to grocery stores? i would stay with fresh vegtables and fruit and use your internet for restaurants most give the calorie content. But have fun if you are on vacation have fun... lots of activity

Yea - and i found yesterday they have different flavors, how stupid and I. I only get these for my kids never thinking how heatlthy and convient they are for me. I am very happy!:bigsmile:
