i think when we follow it so closely the body does not give up anything... but then when your body says feed me it starts too burn it , that was me that week, but i do wait a couple of days to confirm the loss

i did and still do have days like that like my body is burning everything i was giving it,,, i just went ahead and had a big bowl of pasta with chicken and broccoli it was like feeding a starving pet and then it settled down maybe you should pick a meal a week wth llots of carbs maybe it will curb the hunger

ok my second and third is spaghetti sgash and reg butternut squash but in half put on a plate spraybutter and salt and pepper to take put saran wrap on it and put in micro for about 12 minutes - test for done, i dont even take out the seeds till it is done this is easier..
