I use a heart rate monitor with a chest strap and I have been seeing the treadmill at my YMCA being 35-50% off on Cal burned. Chest strap is saying around 1000 cal, and treadmill is saying 400/500 burned. So from what I am seeing they are low. I have also used a couple of sites to figure a avg and the Heart Rate monitor is…

2K car I would have basic coverage they will just total it if something happens. Then again if you can't afford a new car or to fix it it is nice if something happen just don't expect 2K. If you can afford the repairs or to replace the car why pay them x amount to replace it they are just making money off you.

Friends are BB coaches and will be there also. Have fun. I away try to eat fruit, drink plenty of water, and every now and then eat what I want. Lots of walking and it is going to be warm. We also pack our breakfast which helps some.

Not on the Xbox at least that I have seen.. I use a Heart rate Monitor that tells me the CAl. I burn about 900/1000 for a 40 min work out. But I am also a bigger person. My wife burns about half that.

I have a Xbox and Love it. I have gotten a couple of friends hooked on it now also. Great work out. and no one see me doing it but my wife ;) I have Zumba Fitness and my friend has Core.
