I had my last Diet Coke 50 days ago (give or take a few)...I still think about having one :( You would think the stuff is crack! The real craving was mostly gone after a couple of weeks. Good luck!

Make sure your scale is accurate, yesterday I realized the scale I had at my desk was off by 20% (free cheap analog scale). BTW the scale is in the trash!

One thing i have started doing after reading a few of the "cups" vs "grams" posts here on MFP is to weigh everything. You listed "Canteloupe - Canteloupe, 1 cup" as 68 cals. Last night I weight "Cantalope - Fresh Cantalope, 200 gr" which I would bet is more than 1 cup but only logged 60 cals for that weight. I wonder if…

Definitely have your shoes looked at by a running store. I had to change my shoes after about 5 months. Try slowing your pace a bit and keep going! :) C25K is a great program, sounds like you would be able to start in the middle of the program. Blue skies!

I alternate between Gu and beans every 3 miles. I am moving at 12-13 min/mile pace. I don't find it hard to use Gu other than the little packets are a bit messy. I bring a sandwich bag to hold the packets after using the Gu. As far as slowing down will help not need fuel...if I was any slower, I'd be sitting so would not…
