I started last March and lost 35 lbs by the end of October. Then I totally blew it over the holidays and gained 5 back by the end of December. I joined MFP last month and have lost 6lbs. I try to stay around 1200 calories per day and exercise 2-3 times a week. :smile:

Did pretty good this week until today. I went to a bridal expo with my daughter and just lost all self control with the samples. But tomorrow is a new day :smile:

Progresso soup...They have alot of variety and even though the whole can is 2 servings it's not too many calories. 10 crackers because I like alot of crackers (I used to put a WHOLE lot more in my soup, LOL). And a Yoplait Light Yogurt (90-100 calories) again alot of variety.
