I have a Polar...not sure which one....and the HR is almost always exact to the treadmills I use. The problem I have is the calorie count. My Polar is usually half of what the treadmill is. So I average the two. Any answers on this???

I have had a Weight Watchers scale for a few years and no problems.

My eating habits were awful! I started January 2nd and have been going to the gym for one month, three to four times a week.

Thank you for your suggestions. I eat salads, yogurt, proteins, fruit. I try and eat healthy and what ever I want so I don't feel deprived but less of it. I do change up the treadmill with incline and speed.
