I don't think it'll do anything bad. As long as it's light you should be fine :)

I always freeze my fruit the night before. It ascts like ice! Also, adding chia seeds is great too! If you like your smoothies thick, I suggest you do 1 tbls chia to 4 tbsp water overnight. Add it in the morning.
