Many times you can go to their website (if they have one) and they provide the nutritional information there.....so sometimes, I go online and review the menu and plan accordingly BEFORE I even step foot into the restaurant, that way I have a plan in place and won't be stuck making a rash decision. ALSO, I have a Droid…

I've also found that even though the healthier food costs more, now that I am watching.....they last longer. A box of cereal that used to last a few days now lasts over a week since I am following the suggested serving sizes!

Ok...here's my 2 cents on exercise: If you were doing it when you were overweight and it didn't help you lose weight/become fit, then I don't count it now. Same goes for cleaning, etc.

I can't tell you an exact "rate".....BUT generally the first week or so post higher weight loss amount....due to a lot of it being water weight. So it generally will slow by the third week and you should expect 1-2 lbs/week since you are not terribly overweight. Also on a side note you don't really want to eat below 1200…

For me, I honestly haven't EVER been able to shop in "regular" sized clothing store, so for me.....ANYWHERE! But I am most looking forward to Victoria Secret!

Ok, so here is what I know (and I DO NOT claim to be an expert).....Sodium/salt does not cause you to lose/gain fat. What it does do it causes you to temporarily gain water weight by causing you to retain water.....conversely, the opposite is true as well. Soooo why are diets high in sodium bad for you? Well, for starters…

I totally agree...mine has been open since I joined! Feel free to add me as a friend if you like, as well!!:flowerforyou:

if you are eating a lot of processed/prepackaged/prepared foods you will be high on sodium. Canned foods are also high in sodium.

I've heard (by no means am I an expert) that not getting enough sleep does effect your weight loss (negatively).....might definitely be something worth looking into further.

Sounds yummy....one way to cut the sodium is to use dried beans....which takes a little more planning but a great easy way to cut the sodium levels.

Nope, not alone.......EVERYONE has bad days! This is only 1 day out of 365.....so pick yourself up, dust yourself off and pick up where you left off. No harm, no foul!
