I'd defo recommend an induction, but in the meantime try 10 mins on each cardio machine at whatever level is comfortable... You can always increase speed/ intensity as you go along. Don't do too much too soon or it will put you off. Good luck xx

I've seen a shrink in my jeans size and less puffiness around my face in the first 6 weeks. I do think the larger you are to start with, the less other people notice the difference. Because I hide under baggy clothes, people do not notice if they are slightly baggier.... Hence why I can't wait to get down to a 'normal'…

No I have had a chest infection, totally unrelated. It does mean that I've not been able to eat much or move about much for the last few days. How do I put the progress bar under my post? I'm thinking maybe I should have chosen a different username too, can I change that?
